03/31/2021 - A very unique mix has arrived on the scene. Robin Hood - Builders of Sherwood is a city-building ARPG that puts us in the shoes of a legendary outlaw from English Folklore. A game this reminds me of is Executive Assault 2, but this one seems to go full scale with the RTS and RPG mechanics mixed in. Currently on Steam but To-Be-Announced for it's release date, will this game have what it takes to be successful?

As always, diving into this quick topic of the "Upcoming Action/RTS Hybrid - Robin Hood - Builders of Sherwood" and how it seeks to innovate on the genre. Maybe even fulfill a need that widely acclaimed games on either side of the spectrum cannot?

Robin Hood is an action adventure game combining RPG and City-building elements, where we will play the role of a classic hero to fight to defend the oppressed by tyranny. As the king of thieves, we will steal, rob, fight, help the poor and also develop a forest village and its community.
