Most the achievements are story related so you'll get them as you play. There are, however, three which are missable.

[20:25] Forgotten Memories

[47:12] To Infinity and Beyond

[1:10:20] Green Cube Killer


Endings:

[2:36:57} To stop the game auto saving, quit to dashboard as shown as soon as the first achievement unlocks. If you don't do this you will have to play through the entire game again to get the second ending!
