This build is one of my favorites so far, even if it doesn't top the charts, its something different and fun. You can play this on T15 but you wont be getting gold anytime soon, expect silvers and bronze. If you would take it to T14 I'm sure it should be able to gold some maps and silver the rest. Lastly its a great support build, just get your co-op partners to add the extra damage to frozen and toxic enemy and everyone will have a 50% damage boost, while providing great crowd control!
