Steal a cab without getting caught.
Pickup the target and drop him off at the park.
Use distance and stealth to follow your mark through the park.
Once he meets up with his crew, he becomes a target. Whack him with a sniper rifle in the head.
Turn around and run like hell back to the car.
Haul ass to the safe zone.
