House Flipper is another in a new generation of simulator games that takes a very thoughtful approach to subjects that are not expected for simulation. You are a person who practically makes money by buying properties, repairing them, and turning them over!

What is a House Flipper?
House Flipper is a simulator game that puts you in charge of cleaning, remodeling, and ultimately selling your house. You start your career as a hired worker, taking another home job. As the game progresses, you earn your own money and start buying properties to repair and sell. The gameplay revolves around the entire selection of simulation activities from sweeping to murals and everything in between.

Should You Get a Flipper House?
It does what it is quite competent. There are elements here that do better elsewhere, but what you get is solids. If you've ever played anything like Viscera Cleanup Detail, you'll be a little disappointed with the cleaning mechanics, for example. But, as a package it really is greater than the sum of its parts. If you've enjoyed semi-serious simulator titles before that you'll probably find something here to love.
