In the enclave library (The room where nettie takes you) you'll find a puzzle containg 3 runed and one empty socket. To solve this puzzle you will need the missing rune.

Complete 'Save the first druid' quest (Saving Druid Halsin) and Rath will reward you with the missing rune, Rune of the wolf.

How to get the reward with Rune of The Wolf?

Insert the Rune of the wolf in the empty slot and then interact with the four runes in the following order:
- Rune of the Wolf
- Rune of the Elk
- Rune of the Bear
- Rune of the Eagle

This will open a recret path that will lead you to the treasure cache
