Why am I playing a Dora game? Well some of these are very nostalgic to me and of course many others. Only a tough guy like me (HAHA) plays games like these in his twenties. Enjoy!

Story: The activities in Dora's Ballet Adventures are perfectly geared toward toddlers and preschoolers. These mini-games -- which involve tasks like pressing stars that light up, dragging matching animals onto a dance floor, and shouting out animal sounds -- are simple enough for a 3- or even 2-year-old to handle, and offer just enough fun and excitement for kids that age. Anybody over 5 will find it overly simple, but that's not the target audience. The story -- which is filled with just as much positivity as you'd expect from a Dora story -- involves the heroine searching for ballet slippers in order to perform a dance show. It's not a very long story, but that's made up for in that some of the activities are open-ended. Kids can make the finale dance concert last as long as they want, for example.
Parents need to know that Dora's Ballet Adventure is an interactive read-along book based upon a Dora the Explorer animated special. Although it is not very long, there are interactive mini-games on each page, and all of them are simple enough for very young children to handle. The app is so easy, in fact, that kids over 5 are likely to find it too unchallenging.
