Cyanide & Happiness - Freakpocalypse , financed on Kickstarter and released today on Steam and Epic for PC and Nintendo Switch, is based on the dark and humorous Explosm Comics. To ensure that the comics' humor and character design are reflected in the game, publisher Serenity Forge and developer Skeleton Crew Studios worked closely with Explosm and I-Mockery. You will meet many familiar faces from the Cyanide & Happiness universe, including Ted Bear, Shark Dad and Señor Cleanfist in the game. With Cyanide & Happiness - Freakpocalypse with the subtitle Hall Pass To HellThe first of three planned parts has now been published, although the scope of around eight hours of playing time is not exactly small.

Cyanide & Happiness is a webcomic that has been published on the explosm.net website since 2005 together with animated short films in the same style. Stick figures show black and often surreal humor that has been described as "seemingly without any taste limits" and addresses issues such as abortion, suicide, violence and necrophilia.
