Here's a quick guide on the Blair Witch bunker lock and truck headlights fuse/radio puzzle. After getting to chapter 3 and finding the rusted, beat up truck, progress to the point where you find the baseball and then find the new sheriff truck. After opening the hood of the truck and connecting the battery terminal, turn on the radio and you'll receive a text with the bunker lock code. Head back to the bunker and you can enter the code on the bunker door lock. Then head back to the truck and take the #6 fuse and place it in the #7 slot. (after taking the dead fuses out). That should complete the chapter and open the bunker lock.
