$300 Dell Optiplex Cyberpunk Gaming PC -- Can it Game??? -- Xeon e3 1246 v3 Upgrade for Big FPS!

Hey guys! Welcome back to the channel! In today's video we are back again with the Dell Optiplex, but with a twist! In this video I cover doing a Xeon E3 1246 v3 upgrade which is a really good replacement for the i7 4790k. All totaling the cost of this build to be just under $300. But most importantly, we take a look to see if this Dell Optiplex is cut out for some Cyberpunk 2077 game play!
